History:

Founded in 1995, by Cherie and Edwin Fields, has grown from supplying windshield reconditioning and repair services in one city location to six different cities in five different states.

Ed brings over 25 years in car maintenance, glass repair and car servicing experience to the business. The commitment to delivering a quality product that meets the customer needs has been the impetus for the growth.

has focused on improving the automobile glass repair and reconditioning process. The company continues to invest in research and development of auto glass technology that improves the quality of the reconditioned glass. Additionally works on how to enhance the glass reconditioning process. On-going training, along with process measurements and site inspections, are used to ensure that the customer receives a superior quality product.

Cherie and Ed have formed a team of personnel who are focused on customer service and delivering a quality product. The company spends time in hiring, training, monitoring, measuring and if needed retraining its employees for delivering a quality service.

Barton Fields, Vice President of has been in the business since he was in High School and has worked on car glass repair for the past 12 years. Under the Fields’s guidance and management, the business has successfully serviced over 250,000 cars for the automobile rental industry.

As car rental agencies continue to work on improving and reducing their maintenance process, will continue to find methods and technology to assist in their achieving their customer’s endeavors.
