Since its inception,
has
continued to invest money, time and effort in both reconditioning
technology and how to improve the implementation process. From past
experience, the realization that both of these components were essential
in providing a quality product was the main drivers for the company’s
investment.
The objective is to have 100% of the cars that
processed pass Turn Back Inspection. To date the measurement is 99.57% of
over 250,000 cars have been successfully met the Turn Back Inspection
criteria.

Process:
From the time of recruiting and hiring
personnel,
makes an investment in training each person and
qualifying them prior to having them performing reconditioning or repair
services. The company’s Director of Quality Assurance is responsible for
implementing the training, qualifying, monitoring and improvements for the
reconditioning process. The Director ensures that each location has
implemented the same process and that results are measured on a daily
basis and results analyzed.
These measurements and results are used to
determine effectiveness of the process and if remediation efforts are
required. Each site has random and scheduled visits from the Corporate
Management team to support the location in their service objectives. Site
location management personnel are rewarded for the quality of their
service and customer satisfaction. These components are some of the
essential items incorporated into the Reconditioning Delivery Process.
Technology:
Through the ongoing investment in research and development,
has implemented a “World Class” reconditioning resin that displaces the
oxygen in the automobile window crack and adheres to the fissure making a
seamless and integrated long lasting bond that surpasses the requirements
of Turn Back Inspection criteria.
This patented resin along with the
measured implementation process has been instrumental in achieving a 98%
turn back rate. The technology continues to be enhanced and
will be leading the efforts in bringing the technology to implementation
in support of its customers. |
